Coaching and consulting files (notes)
Personal notes and session reports are handed over to the client immediately after the session, or at the latest upon completion of the entire coaching trajectory (depending on the client's preference). After handover, they are immediately and permanently destroyed by the coach.
Contact details and correspondence (inquiries)
Maximum 1 year, unless an agreement is reached.
Financial administration (invoices)
7 years (statutory retention obligation of the Dutch Tax Authorities).
