Ewa Kębrowska - Coach & Leadership Consultant

🎓 ICF Accreditation in Progress

Hello, I'm Ewa

Who I Am

Hello. If you are here, you are likely looking for a change. Maybe you feel like you are standing still, maybe you are searching for a new career path, or perhaps you simply need someone who will listen and understand without judgment. My name is Ewa Kębrowska. I am a coach in the process of ICF accreditation, a leader with years of experience, but above all, a woman who has learned firsthand what it means to build a life from scratch. My work is not just about tools and techniques – it is primarily about partnering with you on the road to a place where you feel peace and a sense of agency.

My Journey

From humble beginnings to helping others find their path

From Warehouse to Boardroom

Although professionally I reached a point where I managed international teams, this story began in a completely different place. When I emigrated 11 years ago, there was no red carpet waiting for me. I started as an order-picker in a warehouse. That was a school of life and humility. I remember perfectly well what it feels like to be "lost in the fog" in a foreign country. I know the effort it takes to prove your worth, show your potential, break through glass ceilings, and learn to function in a new system. I climbed every rung of that ladder – from the simplest physical tasks to managing complex processes. That journey taught me one thing: regardless of the position, people always come first.

The Turning Point: Escaping the "Trap"

My experience of emigration allowed me to do one crucial thing: to name a state that affects many of us – living in a "trap." It is a specific mental trap. On one hand, we have expectations about life in the West, which, when verified by reality, turn out not to be the "land of milk and honey" we imagined. On the other hand, there is the longing for Poland, which our brain begins to idealize and colorize in our memories. We live in a split, torn between "There" and "Here." For years, I built my career, got promoted, and developed. From the outside, it looked like success. Yet inside, I felt emptiness, assimilation stress, and loneliness far from my loved ones. I realized then that real change does not depend on changing your address, job, or country. Escaping this trap must happen in your head. Today, I help my clients find that exit door – to regain joy and a sense of belonging, regardless of where they live.

Intuition: My Inner Translator

Long before I learned professional definitions of coaching and cross-cultural differences, I felt them intuitively. All my life, I have stepped into the role of a natural "translator." And I don't just mean language. Sitting in business meetings, I often observed a fascinating phenomenon: people at the same table spoke the same language – literally, English or Polish – yet they didn't understand each other at all. They were talking at each other, not with each other. I was always drawn to enter that space "in between." To name the unspoken, to catch those subtle differences resulting from upbringing or culture, and to connect the dots. Even back in my school days, I was a sort of translator between subcultures. Looking back, I also always intuitively knew how to ask the interlocutor a question that hit the nail on the head. You could say that coaching and a fascination with cultural differences were always with me; I just wasn't aware of their presence. Today, using Erin Meyer's methodology and coaching tools aligned with the highest ICF standards, I do this professionally – I help teams and leaders truly hear one another.

Nature Lover

Forest escapes and Ardennes adventures

And what happens when I close my laptop, shut the office door, and go home? Life happens! I am passionate about dark stories – if you see me with a book, it is definitely a thriller by Remigiusz Mróz or Sebastian Fitzek. I love emotions, which is why in the kitchen I don't just cook, but I also sing and dance (with varying results, but always with joy!). My ideal reset? Board games with my husband and sons, where we fight fierce battles, or an escape into nature. You don't have to ask me twice when someone says, "Let's go to the Ardennes." I simply like people, I adore the forest, and I love good energy.
